Experiential Learning & Teaching in Higher Education
Policies
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Submissions should be prepared according to The Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA; 6th ed.). They should be submitted electronically through the NSUWorks submission platform (link will be added).
Essays submitted to ELTHE are reviewed and assessed based on (a) appropriateness of their topic, (b) significance to the field of experiential learning and teaching in higher education, (c) level of scholarship, and (d) readability.
Each submission is sent via blind copy to two consultant reviewers. The managing editor forwards reviewers’ assessments and recommendations to members of the editorial board, who work with the EIC and ME to make final publication decisions. Until a final decision is reached, the author’s name is not made known to consultant reviewers, to the editorial board, or to the editor. Final recommendations to the author will be to (a) accept the submission for publication as is, (b) accept it with minor revisions, (c) suggest significant revisions and resubmission, or (d) reject as inappropriate for publication in ELTHE.
