Short Description
This session will reflect on the author's 2 years of experience in teaching in a synchronous ground and online environment in a graduate business (MBA) program. Specifically, elements of quality will discussed with current metrics and performance gaps.
Abstract
This session is targeted at faculty, course designers and IT professionals planning for and working in a blended, synchronous environment. Video snipped examples will underscore the elements of quality presented along with the author's assessment of performance to date as well as suggestions for the future. This will help participants assess and then "raise the bar" of their performance based on a shifting paradigm of quality in the classroom.
