Neil H. Katz, Ph.D., is currently a Professor of Conflict Studies and Social Science at Nova Southeastern University after a 37-year career as a Professor and Program Director at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. Forty-one years ago, he and his wife, Susan, named one of their daughters, Rachel Elise, to acknowledge their inspiration from Elise Boulding.
