Abstract
The virtual presentation will share how to import photography into the GeoGebra software and then use the math tools of GeoGebra to teach math concepts while helping to lower and prevent math anxiety showing math in the real world and helping to build confidence in mathematics for our STEM world. Today with such an emphasis on online learning, technology like GeoGebra can be very useful in teaching mathematics. The presentation will share resources for addressing math anxiety, as well as authentic created GeoGebra ggb files and examples of photography imported into GeoGebra to teach many math concepts to cover the CCSS/FL Math Standards/FL BEST Standard for today students. When are young people are confident in their ability to do math it helps to raise the bar so they can compete in our high-tech world.
