This interactive session identifies a plan to provide guidance for new faculty; the onboarding process, developing skills within the LMS, and comfort level with becoming an online instructor. As the Center for eLearning is truly a service-oriented component for the entire University, this session shares a scaffolding process for faculty, especially those new to the institution, designed to provide them with support during those initial challenges.
