After building a successful counseling agency in North Carolina, Denise Lowe relocated to Florida in 2007 to become involved with the Center for Distributed Learning at the University of Central Florida. During her time at UCF, Dr. Lowe has been involved in many changes and in the significant growth of online learning initiatives.
