Abstract

Learn the basic components of every online qualitative research study and how they combine to create four of the most popular data collection methods: Bulletin Boards, Group Chats, In-Depth Interviews with Screenshare, and Webcam Interviews. See how these approaches compare to each other, and to traditional in-person methods. Discover which online qualitative methods work best when and why, and what to look for, and avoid, when shopping for tools. And it’s not over until you have some handy hints to help you get started. Attendees will leave understanding the basics and knowing how to design an effective qualitative research study online.

About the Presenter:

President + CEO of InsideHeads Marketing Research, Jennifer Dale has been designing and conducting primary research studies for clients in a variety of industries over the last three decades.
