Mr. Penn is an Instructional Designer at Massey Services, where he focuses on designing online training content. He implemented an online Massey Leadership Academy program, which has users across six states. He earned his Master’s degree in Instructional Design and a certification in Instructional Design Simulation from the University of Central Florida.
