Abstract
The responsibility of teaching an online course can often mean a paradigm shift for reluctant members of faculty. For some academic traditionalists, the threat of new technology usurping conventional pedagogical practices is of increasing concern. This presentation will explore the strengths of implementing the Concern Based Adoption Model in addressing the varying apprehensions that faculty bring to the Online learning environment.
