Description
Foundational courses for the entry-level Doctor of Occupational Therapy program such as medical anatomy and neuroanatomy are being redesigned to accomplish a hybrid delivery model. In preparation for a once monthly cadaver lab experience, students practice identification of structures using a virtual dissector (A&P revealed and Anatomy On- line). After completing worksheets which summarize these virtual dissections, the students correlate these studies with follow-up identification on a practical examination during our once-monthly face- to-face institute. Performance and feedback will be assessed to steer further development of this curricular path.
