Description
Virtual classrooms are rapidly becoming alternate acceptable delivery systems. One of the major challenges facing professors in higher education today is the creation of the best possible adult learning environment in our cyberspace classrooms. This paper describes some of the issues involved in refining Internet-based, asynchronous conference forums to meet the learning needs of adult students in distant inservice and graduate courses.
