Executive Summary
Past to Present Villages (PPV) is a private, not for profit organization based on reducing recidivism within the State of Georgia. Working to reduce offenders from re-entry into prison, the purpose in performing the research was to seek ways in which the program could expand and gain more notoriety. In analyzing the factors that embody what PPV is, it appeared the major issue was that the organization lacked marketing techniques and tools in which to provide visibility. PPV had to make itself known.
As there were no marketing strategies that were cost-efficient in doing so, it would be seen that PPV could market through a social media network. By working first with Facebook, the organization will work to become more visible with the use of social media. By the end of 2022, customers and current supporters will be made aware of the revamped marketing campaign that PPV has developed. By the end of 2022, there will be a stronger and more public stance within the social media conglomerate, making PPV more searchable by way of the Internet and more useful for those who wish to obtain more knowledge about the community-based efforts that the company provides. In doing so, PPV will be able to reach more potential clients in the near future, as it is based on the recommendations of the research that more social media cites will be utilized for the needed visibility.
