This strategic research project was designed to provide quantitative evidence for low workplace morale. Implementation of the SWOT analysis helped examine ten weaknesses, strengths, threats, and opportunities. My main factor selected for conducting my research is low workplace morale. Thus, my factor came from my threats area within my external factors. As a future researcher, defining low workplace morale as a problem and finding the most effective research and solutions are important to me.
After obtaining quantitative data on external and internal factors. The most effective solution was Cohesion utilizing team building strategies. For instance, building collaborative partnerships helps strengthen team building. Trust is established among team members. Effective communication is developed and members have a mutual understanding. Problem solving is another positive factor of influence. We implemented a four-step action plan for team building activities. As a result, professional development and community partnerships increased with my organization. My recommendation is that professionals in a related field replicate this study within a 5-year time frame.
