Executive Summary

A Strategic Research Project Addressing the Revitalization of a Parochial Organization. Samantha Lloyd, 2025: Strategic Research Project, Nova Southeastern University, Abraham S. This Strategic Research Project was designed to provide a comprehensive plan for revitalizing a parochial organization using technology. The organization consists of approximately 70 members, and its mission centers on building God’s kingdom by making disciples of Jesus Christ. A SWOT analysis revealed numerous strengths and opportunities, indicating that the organization is well positioned for continued growth. A lack of social media presence in today’s digital business landscape emerged as a key weakness, limiting the organization’s ability to effectively achieve its mission. To address this gap, the selected solution is to develop an online branding and marketing strategy aimed at enhancing brand visibility, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting sustainable business growth—using social media as a cost-effective tool.

The implementation strategy begins with establishing a clear and consistent brand identity through internal dialogue involving key stakeholders. Thereafter, the organization will develop and launch engagement strategies on social media platforms to reach prospective members. The plan is scheduled for a 12-month implementation period, followed by ongoing efforts to gather feedback and evaluate its effectiveness. Organizational support for the plan will be key to its success, ensuring alignment across leadership, staff, and stakeholders. The successful implementation of this plan will position the organization to share its culture with prospective members and potentially make a meaningful, compelling impression that draws them into deeper engagement and connection with the organization.
