Abstract
The article offers successful instructional strategies that can help teachers manage both grading and assessment of student works and stress levels. Included in the strategies discussed are the use of a 5-minute video in online courses, filling out monthly calendar tasks for each course prior to the start of a semester, and the utilization of a rewrite opportunity. Also discussed are flexibility in posting deadlines and the employment of a certificate of authorship form to prevent plagiarism.
