At the conclusion of this presentation, attendees will understand what is Peer Leadership, an overview of student development theory rooted in Peer Leadership Programs and the benefits of 2 Peer Leaders in various aspects of the academy. Facilitated through the Office of Experiential Education and FYE, the presenter will discuss how the experiential education pedagogy is imbedded into the delivery of this program to our students. At the conclusion of this presentation, attendees will have 5 minutes to engage with a fall 2018 Peer Leader for a brief Q & A.
