Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Recognize the need for formal diversity didactics with a space for discussion within clinical training settings.
  2. Discuss the mechanics and impact of dialogues presentations on identities intersecting with age (i.e., race, gender, social economic status, class, citizenship, sexual orientation, ability status, colorism, neurodiversity, veteran status) on clinical training.
  3. Determine the appropriateness for and application of similarly structured dialogues within their clinical training and classroom settings.
