The poster outlines the applied dissertation as it addresses the cultural and linguistic knowledge of speech-language pathologists when evaluating and treating Latinx clients, as well as, identifies ecological factors that impact coordination and collaboration of services in Latinx clients with communication disorders.

• Apply the Ecological Systems Theory into the assessment and intervention in speech-language pathology.
• Integrate the Ecological Systems Theory and Critical Race Theory during the evaluation and intervention process for Latinx clients.
• Assess the values and importance of the theoretical frameworks and its application in speech-language pathology.
