Certain embodiments of the invention provide a compound of formula (I): R.sup.1--C(.dbd.O)--W--X--Y--Z--N(R.sup.2).sub.2 (I) or a salt thereof, wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, W, X, Y and Z are as defined herein, as well as methods of use thereof.
