The first caption reads, "The ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law is a student-run scholarly publication which proudly represents Nova Southeastern University throughout the world. The Journal publishes articles by both students and professionals in the field of international law from the United Sates and many other countries. Its members represent students with outstanding academic achievement and an interest in international law."
