Abstract
In this technology-enhanced paper presentation, I review how I created an animated alter ego to help me reflect on the contrasts between qualitative and quantitative approaches to research design and methods. Over time, I found that the distinctions between the two q’s were not so clear as I had thought; I will illustrate my thought process through use of several brief animated sequences.
