Raquel Beatriz was born in New York and raised in Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Writing program at the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences. She has one son and is expecting another one in November 2013.
