Warren Winstead, first President of what was incorporated as Nova University of Advanced Technology in 1964, stands for a photograph in front of the Edwin M. and Ester L. Rosenthal Student Center. In 1973 the Board of Trustees changed the institution name to Nova University. In 1994, Nova University merged with Southeastern University of the Health Sciences to form Nova Southeastern University
