Abstract
The prevalence rates of, and vocational support services available and missing for the low achieving deaf adult population in the Pacific Northwest region are investigated. Interviews with 40 professional service providers indicate a minimum 30% to 50% of clients are considered low achieving deaf adults. Professionals identified fifty-seven support service activities needed by low achieving deaf adults which are currently unavailable or inadequate.
