Abstract
This study assessed the cardio-respiratory response of young adults with asthma to a 20 meter shuttle run as compared to treadmill running. The 20 meter shuttle run demonstrated a faster physiological response than the treadmill test and may be a valid test to assess fitness in people with asthma
