Viviana is the faculty-nominated "Student of the Month for March, 2023" for:

Advancement of the profession of pharmacy and leadership skills (Has served as COP SGA Vice President, APhA-ASP Operation Diabetes Co-Chair, and Secretary for the Class of 2023. In this capacity, she has organized several campus seminars, workshops, and showcases.)
Represents NSU's Barry and Judy Silverman College of Pharmacy (volunteers with the Puerto Rico Pharmacists Association)
Community service (organized and participated in and several community service events including Susan G Komen Race for the Cure, COVID vaccine clinics, and safety workshops)
Working with faculty on research endeavors including literature search and evaluation and secondary database analysis
