Camalis is the Faculty-Nominated winner of the "Student of the Month for December, 2019" for:
- Exemplary student involvement with the College of Pharmacy, her classmates, faculty, and administration
- Active member of the American Pharmacist Association Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP) and the Christian Pharmacists Fellowship International (CPFI) organizations and the Legislative Task Force
- Leadership roles as APhA-ASP Historian, CPFI Palm Beach Historian, P3 Student Delegate, and representing the Palm Beach campus at Legislative Days in Tallahassee
- Being outstanding in her promotion of health awareness and disease prevention with her participation in many health fairs such as the Henry Glades Health Fair in Clewiston and at Walgreens by monitoring blood glucose, blood pressure, and bone density
- Supporting community events through food and hygiene donations to Operation Christmas Child boxes, Tim Tebow’s Night to Shine event, and Henry Glades community clothing drives
- Continually demonstrating a positive and professional attitude, strong work ethic, positive demeanor, integrity and teamwork
