James Donnelly is founder and chief executive officer of the Castle Group, one of the most successful property services firms in the community association industry, specializing in serving condominium and homeowner associations throughout Florida. The Castle Group is a full-service company providing customized property-related solutions including property and rental management, financial and accounting systems, and a broad spectrum of offerings from developer and web services to lifestyles and concierge services. Donnelly is a licensed community association manager and a licensed general contractor with more than 25 years of experience serving community associations.
