Findings – Firms’ business, organizational, and IS strategy should directly align with the overarching supply chain strategy, supply chain network design, and supply chain IT design.
The Extended Resource-Based View (ERBV) by Teece (2007) was foundational to the redesign. The process included the identification of dynamic supply chain management capabilities and sustainable supply chain performance as well as weaknesses brought about the COVID-19 pandemic.
