Abstract/Excerpt
Can organizational ethical culture predict ethical behavioral intentions of accounting/finance professionals? Research suggests that organizations have identifiable cultures, which are inclusive of ethics. This research assessed the relationship between organizational ethical culture and ethical behavioral intentions using the theory of planned behavior. Results suggest that organizational ethical culture is a statistically significant predictor of ethical behavioral intentions of accounting/finance professionals working in the insurance industry within the United States.
