NSU Experience

Almost 5 full years is how long I have spent here at NSU, all of which I am very grateful for. I completed my bachelor's in biology (pre-med) and went on to attend medical school here at NSU. And here I was, after my second semester at medical school, unexpectedly sending the withdrawal email right after I realised that the physician route is not for me. The biology program here was exceptionally helpful in preparing me for medical school applications, especially the professors I met along the way. It was also full of interesting upperclassman courses and research opportunities. My advice to undergraduate students here at NSU is simple: embrace the journey, learn the hidden curriculum, remember how far you have come, understand that part of success is learning to receive support, be patient, and believe!!
