The biology program at NSU has provided me with both hard and soft skills that have prepared me incredibly well for my future career as a physician. I am thankful for the strong scientific background gained through my courses in addition to the unparalleled support and guidance of the department. I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to pursue my scientific interests both inside and outside of the classroom. To current students, be willing to take risks and ask questions - you never know what possibilities may come of it.
