NSU Experience
NSU's biology program prepared me well for a career in medicine. I thrived in the small classroom environment in which many students were also pursuing careers in healthcare. The faculty were keen to our interests and incorporated them into their courses. I was fortunate to engage in community service through Science Alive! and explore my interest in research through protein modeling, both projects under the leadership of Dr. Schmitt.
