NSU Experience

As a transitioning veteran from Iraq and Afghanistan, I started my first day at NSU only a few weeks after getting back from my final tour. I was pleasantly surprised at how close the department was and the resources available to me to ensure my success. I developed great relationships with my professors and still keep in touch with them today. Throughout my time at NSU, I was well mentored and coached by faculty, staff and alumni. I had a job as a scientist ready for me only two weeks after I graduated. Without the guidance I received at NSU, my future would have been unclear. I also met my wife on the NSU main campus, we now live in Colorado and have two children.
