Ygrene Energy Fund, the nation's leader in commercial and residential Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing, today announced the appointment of Shawn Harrs as Chief Information Officer. Shawn Harrs received his Ph.D. in Information Systems at NSU in 2002.
