Description

Description: Directed in 2015 by Alex Garland, Ex Machina tells the compelling story of Ava, a highly advanced android, played by Alicia Vikander, her creator Nathan (Oscar Isaac), and Caleb, a programmer (Domhnall Gleeson), who is tasked to test Ava’s sentience capabilities.

Using Academy Award-winning visual effects, Ex Machina challenges the audience to consider the dynamics of power between creator and creation, the boundaries of scientific discovery, and the frontiers of what it means to be human.
