Abstract

To further knowledge of plausible negative social dynamics that occur in mixed-income housing developments, a case study was conducted with thematic analysis. 30 mixed-income development sites information was analyzed based on the responses of various levels of “us versus them” dynamics in mixed-income developments. These cases were chosen to reflect diverse perspectives on negative social dynamics. This study contributes to a knowledge foundation for future mixed-income research and practices.
