Abstract
The author asks MFT educators to consider falling passionately in love with student learning focusing on competencies to help students achieve their learning outcomes. To this end the author demonstrates how to create a seamless, transparent system organized around a competencies-informed learning approach. A case study is shared to illustrate how a triadic communication model between students, faculty, and learning outcomes can be utilized to create unique programs supporting the learning aspirations of students.
