Interviewee(s) Bio

Mr. Samuel Morrison served as the Director of the Broward County Public Library system from 1990-2003. This included the time period when the Alvin Sherman Library of Nova Southeastern University signed a joint-use agreement for Broward County community and built the new joint-use library. Mr. Morrison is also a member of the NSU Board of Trustees.


This series of interviews was conducted by Dr. Julian Pleasants during the period of 2009-2012 for research in compiling the 50th Anniversary book, The Making of Nova Southeastern University: A Tradition of Innovation, 1964-2014. To read more about the completed book, click here.
