The Florida Derby Ball was a culminating event of the Florida Derby Festival Week at Gulfstream Park Race Track in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

James Donn, Sr., began the Florida Derby Ball tradition in the mid-1950s. In 1966, Nova Southeastern University became the beneficiary from the Ball.
