Abstract/Excerpt
The article examines the differences of the human, conceptual and technical skills of the Iranian, American, Pakistani, Tai and Chinese managers. It explores these management skills of the executives according to their gender, education, age, culture and experience. It notes the significance of management skills in the practical training and academic research of managers and professional employees. It discusses the structure of these skills at different levels as well as the regression equations of the managers.
