Description
To reiterate, the volume’s editorials began with MOOCs (massive open online courses), proceeded with MOOEs (massive open online events), then to MOOAs (massive open online administrations) and is concluding with OCs (online courses) recently labeled SPOCs (small private online courses) by a Harvard professor. Adding to the alphabet soup are recent referrals to HOOCs where the H stands for high school. As always, every university-based technology initiative filters its way down the education hierarchy.
