Description
Growing up in today's diverse society calls for skills and abilities that will best equip children to successfully meet today's and tomorrow's expectations. Using STEM and Social Studies as a curricular focus, participants will examine ways to engage young children in learning about diverse cultural elements in their environments through integrated (literacy and the arts) culturally responsive experiences appropriate for preschoolers.
