Description

Description: Amélie Poulain, an eccentric waitress working in a Parisian corner bistro, discovers a small tin of childhood treasures hidden in her bathroom wall. Once a lonely child herself, she resolves to return the box to its long-lost owner and in the process stumbles into love and a calling to make the hopes and dreams of those around her come true. From one charming scheme to another, this French romantic comedy captures the absurdity and beauty of life’s smallest pleasures.

Facilitator: Dr. Aileen Farrar.
