Abraham Mailman
Description
Abraham Mailman moved to Hollywood in 1950 and became renowned for his leadership and philanthropy. He played a large part in shaping the Broward Jewish community. Abraham Mailman was also a highly successful industrialist, property developer, and banker. He created the city of Miramar to provide affordable homes for working people. He is also the founder of the A. L. Mailman Family Foundation, Inc. and The Mailman Family Center at Nova Southeastern University.
