Abstract
Ronald Brown, Real Property: 2001 Survey of Florida Law, 26 Nova Law Review 109 (2001). This survey covers the decisions of the Florida courts and Florida legislation produced during the period from July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001 especially selected for this article as being of potential interest to the real estate practitioner. The legislative changes affect numerous provisions. So, the legislation comments included in this review are purely for informational purposes. We do not intend this to be all inclusive. Reading the complete amendments is highly recommended.
