Abstract
Gaming is a teaching strategy that can be used to reinforce concepts, encourage learning and bring increased interest and participation in the classroom. Nursing students often feel overwhelmed with course requirements. Competition used in games can bring interest and enthusiasm. To be successful, the instructor should be enthusiastic about the topic and the game.
