What can leaders in large companies do to create the passion for the work that is common in entrepreneurial environments? What organizational conditions are necessary for employees to think and act like owners of the business? The energy and focus that often exist in small, entrepreneurial environments can be elusive to large employers. There are many theories and recommended "fixes" for large employers.
