Eric Mason, Ph.D., assistant professor at NSU's Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences, earned his Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition from the University of South Florida in Tampa. His scholarly work focuses on how the various modalities of composition — textual, visual, aural, and digital — intersect with culture. His work has been published in journals such as Enculturation, Media Culture, and The Community Literacy Journal, as well as in books published by Ashgate and SUNY Press.

Claire Lutkewitte, Ph.D., is an assistant professor at NSU's Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences. She also serves as chair of the General Studies major. She earned her Ph.D. in Composition and Rhetoric at Ball State University. Her research interests include examining first year composition pedagogy, studying best practices, and writing center work. Her most recent scholarship has included research on technology's role in composition classrooms.
