Then, the handbook discusses the importance, characteristics, and relevance of critical thinking. Next, the manual explores the concept of emotional intelligence and explains how emotional intelligence can make leaders better decision makers. Finally, the manual explores the empowering role of leaders within an organization and how they are creating agents of action. Ultimately, the objective of the handbook is to help current and future organizational leaders in the decision-making process.
